• Items ordered must be paid for before they can be shipped.
• Currently, payment can only be accepted via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Directly to our Bank Account.

• Prices listed on The Dive Spot Store will be in Australian Dollar
• Should a User outside of Australia wish to purchase any product from The Dive Spot Store, they will need to include the Additional International Customer Fee to cover the costs of Foreign Exchange charges.
• Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and will change from time to time. We reserve the right to update or amend prices as and when the goods arrive in our Store.

Shipping & Delivery

• Actual shipping will be done via the Australian Post Office - either via Parcel post (cheaper option) or Express post (next business day). Once posted, we will send you the relevant tracking number, and it will be up to you to track it and follow up on its progress to you. The Shipping Rates for these two options, will be included as an orderable item when shopping on the The Dive Spot Store Website.
• Shipping will be done on a weekly basis as soon as payment has been received.
• All shipping details need to be completed correctly, as any shipments returned to us as "undeliverable" due to incorrect information, will incur a fee for handling and the new postage fees will also be due, before re-sending the shipment.
•International Orders: We will ship via the Australian Post Office at the prevailing rates. Please contact us first to get a quotation for your intended purchase and your location.

• Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase, as Returns will not be accepted if an error is made on your part once payment has been received. If you are uncertain about any details of the product you wish to purchase, please contact us via email or telephone and we will assist you.
• If the item you receive from us is damaged or faulty, please return it to us in its original packaging and condition within 7 Days, and upon assessing the item, we will gladly give you a refund. We reserve the right to charge an 8% handling fee for the processing of Returns.
• The Dive Spot Store will not be held responsible for any loss or damage from Australian Post or any other shipping company. Only if an item has a manufacturing fault, will we consider a Refund.
